Divya instruments are handcrafted sound therapy instruments, including metallophones, chimes, and related accessories. We do our best to describe and display each product as accurately as possible.

Because each Divya instrument is handmade, small variations in color, wood texture, engraving, finish, or appearance may occur. These variations are a natural part of handcrafted products and do not make the item defective.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices, photos, specifications, and availability at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Availability

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information.

Most Divya instruments are prepared and shipped within 2–3 weeks, depending on current availability, production schedule, selected tuning, and order volume.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe the order information is incorrect, incomplete, fraudulent, or violates these Terms of Service.

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase. Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges unless clearly stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed at checkout before your order is processed. We use secure payment providers to process transactions. We do not store your full payment card details on our website.

Shipping

All Divya instruments are shipped from Ukraine. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges depending on your country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for customs delays or additional fees charged by your country.

Divya instruments should be handled with care. Please keep the instrument dry, avoid strong impacts, and store it safely when not in use.

If you use the wet finger technique, we recommend drying the tubes with a soft cloth after playing to prevent water spots.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, exposure to extreme conditions, or unauthorized modifications.
