Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Divya instrument. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, with all included accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@divya-svara.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Shipping

• If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to a defect, damage, or if you received the wrong item, we will review the case and help make it right.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This helps us evaluate the issue and find the best solution for you.

If your item arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and send us clear photos of the instrument, the packaging, and the shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom-made, personalized, or special-order instruments. This may include instruments made with a custom scale, custom tuning, engraving, or other personalized details.

Please contact us before placing a custom order if you have any questions about returns or cancellation options.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new instrument.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees depending on your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other local fees are non-refundable by our store. If you return an item, please check with your local customs office regarding any possible refund of import charges.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
